We deal with everything – from planning and building consents to the finished product, plus plumbing and electrics – all ready for you to decorate. And there’s a Part Build Option if you want to get hands on.
Keeping you in the loop
You’ll meet your on site Team Leader at the
Pre-Start Meeting. We’ll establish house rules, discuss logistics, run through the plans, specifications, design detail, staging, sourcing - and anything else that’s on your mind… once work starts you’ll get regular updates about what’s happening.
Less stress
Everything is planned in advance. We want you to be excited about your project, to enjoy the fun of the build. And when we're done you'll get Approved Plans, Planning, Building and Part P electrical compliance Certificates plus our Five Year Guarantee.
