Chris Bonsey
Managing Director

Chris, founder of the Loft Conversion Company, is a hands-on boss, taking a lead in management and design. He insists on "maintaining the high standard of work and professionalism our reputation is built on."

Project Manager

Tim came to work with the company in 2002. He says it's a real pleasure working so closely with the MD, Chris Bonsey, "thinking the same way about the ethics and professional approach we aspire to."

Chloe Bonsey
Design & Sales

After Wimbledon Art College, Chloe came to work with her father in 2002, drawn to the quality of design and building detail. This gives her the opportunity "to work for something I truly believe in."

James Kinloch
Roofer

James has been with the company since 1991. He likes a challenge and enjoys the huge variety of projects. "We pride ourselves in being flexible and do everything we can to respond to our clients' needs."

Michael Davey
Electrician

Michael has been with the company almost 20 years now. He says: "you're working for a family firm" adding, "We look after our clients we discuss everything with them and treat their homes with respect."

John Bevan
Team Leader / Carpenter

With 20 years under his belt, John values being trusted to manage his team and deliver an excellent service. What impresses him most and the clients is that "everybody wants to do a really good job."

Robbie Lane
Team Leader / Carpenter

Robbie joined The Loft Conversion Company 22 years ago. He says it truly is a family firm. In his own words, "It's a good, trusting company". Robbie puts the Company's success down to the high standard of work.

Neil Spiers
Team Leader / Carpenter

Neil completed a full apprenticeship with local builders before joining us 18 years ago. He prides himself on attention to detail, "we're really good at making sure our work blends with the house".

Clive Bordoli
Team Leader / Carpenter

Clive started back in 1996. He feels the closeness of the teams comes from having worked together for such a very long time. Clive says, "We put a lot of thought and attention into customer care."

Neil Greaves
Plasterer

After three years at Crawley College, Neil started plastering in 2003, joining his father at the Loft Conversion Company and eventually taking over as main plasterer. He thinks one of our strengths is that "we're a close knit company."
