A rendered Hip to Gable conversion with flat roof dormer: building the gable off the outside wall plate created a three-storey town house effect.
Floor to ceiling windows break up the visual bulk. Combined with the dormer, the exterior is very pleasing, adding a contemporary touch. Internally, we created a large double bedroom with walk in wardrobe. Double wardrobes each side of the shower room door maximise space. There’s also a separate study at the front of the property.
We carefully matched the staircase to the style of the house; it really looks as if it’s always been there.
